2001, LEADING company established, focusing on production, science and technology research and development, global sales and after sales service for intelligent pump controller in water pump market.
2002-2003, We set up the factory in Changsha city, successfully developed China’s first sensor free installation intelligent deep well submersible pump controller and bring to the pump market.
2004, Obtained the national invention patent certificate, certificate of design for intelligent pump controller from China's State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO).
2005, Set up international marketing department and export to international pump market.
2006-2009, Successfully developed China’s first One-Push button parameter calibration, power factor protection, anti-corrosion probe etc pump control and protection technology.
2012, Acquired the title of Hunan High Tech Enterprise from local government.
2013-2014, Leading intelligent pump controller passed the strict test, successfully become the auxiliary control unit of some big pump manufacturer overseas.
2015, Successfully launched Non-Contact Sewage Pump Control System and apply to Changsha metro sewage system.
2017, Moved into new factory and expanded production scales, Leading has gone to a new level.

Sales team collect the information and technical requirement from pump manufacturers, pump distributors, pump users etc and report to our R&D team, according to the information, R&D team will evaluate firstly and start to research,develop and test the pump controller, finally once the pump controller is workable, our Production team will produce.

QC Profile
To maintain the high stable quality and is our top priority, we set up our quality control and quality assurance department and ensure all procedure documents and working instruction being followed closely according to ISO standard and customer’s request.
Quality Process Control
1. Before start manufacturing, QC team will verify the raw materials with BOM list to ensure the specification, size, model etc; verify the work instruction (WI) consistent with the customer order; inspect the instrument and fixture of production line, such as temperature of electric soldering iron,torque of pneumatic screw driver and record on corresponding report forms;
2. First Article Assurance (FAA): QC team check and verify the first finished product or semi-finished product of the current order production with BOM list and WI, fill in FAA report in time and report to management team for approval;
3. QC team inspect the semi-finished and finished products produced by the production line in 5pcs/ hours, if finding out any abnormal, timely request the production line stop line, report to management team for further actions;
4. QA team inspect the appearance and performance of the finished product produced by the line according to the order, and record it in the QA test report.

From Hongkong, it will take one and half hour with daily flight;
From Guangzhou, it will take one hour with daily flight;
From Beijing, it will take two and half hour with daily flight;
From Shanghai, it will take one and half hour with daily flight.

1). Can I have some samples for testing?
Yes, we can send you free testing sample on freight collect basis.
2). How long is delivery time?
For standard pump controller, it usually takes about 7 working days; for non-standard, we must evaluate upon receipt of the detailed technical requirement.
3). Can I do the business on OEM or ODM basis?
Yes, as we have our own R&D dept, OEM or ODM is available, but there is ordering quantity requirement.
4). How does your factory control the quality?
Our production process follow up the ISO standard and we control the product quality from the raw materials to the finished product, each set of our controller will be fully assembled and strictly funcyion tested, ageing tested etc before packing and shipping.
5). What is the life time of your pump controller?
The designed life time is 8years, according to our customer's statistics, normally it can work 7years well.
6). What is your after sales service policy?
According to the ordering quantity, we will give some free spare parts or components for maintenance or replacement and we will give our customer technical training.
7). How can I trust you?
